Count Gnome

There was a power cut at around 11pm yesterday. The dryer is time-activated for 1am. The power cut deleted that setting. I am now late for sixth form due to a wet uniform.
I'm not having a good day.

In other news, apparently the nearest gender specialist clinic is in Sheffield...nearest? Bah.

Anyway I have an appointment tommorow with some psychiatrist dude. I'm going to have to miss last lesson (Psychology) and explain to the teacher why I'm not going to be there. (i.e. I have to go see someone about my head)

Now I'm going to go read some slash to cheer me up. Actually, I don't even feel like going to school anytime soon today. Although I have to go in eventually, particularly since I need to go to the bank to change my account to an over 18 one.

Le sigh.

You know that scene from Hitchhikers Guide to Galaxy (book, not film) where he keeps walking past the window and thinking 'hmm...yellow' because there's a bulldozer outside, which is about to destroy his house but he's not fully awake yet to completely notice?

I had a similar moment today, although instead of 'hmm...yellow' it was 'hmm...white'. White as in snow. WTF is it doing snowing now?

lol, 45 comments? Well, this isn't a very old LJ, and I did only recently make friends. I was using this journal mostly to catch up with fandom and what daughter_moon was up to.
